Return Policy
Last updated: . This Return Policy applies to physical and digital sleep planning products sold by Gracefulwash through gracefulwash.world and associated order channels, including the Circadian Reset Workbook, Evening Wind-Down Planner, and Sleep Tracker Journal.
Physical Products
You may return unused physical items in resaleable condition within thirty days of delivery for a refund of the product price, excluding original shipping unless the return is due to our error. Items must be free of writing, tears, or damage caused after delivery. To start a return, contact us with your order details and reason. We will provide a return address in New York and instructions for packing.
- Use sturdy packaging to prevent bending of workbook covers during transit.
- Include proof of purchase such as invoice email or order reference.
- Refunds are processed within ten business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Non-Returnable Physical Items
Opened digital access cards bundled with physical goods, personalized printed editions, and items marked final sale at purchase are not eligible for return unless defective.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your planner arrives damaged or with printing defects, notify us within fourteen days with photographs. We will replace the item or offer a full refund including standard shipping costs on confirmation of defect.
Digital Products
Digital PDF editions and downloadable guide supplements are generally non-refundable once access links are delivered, because copies cannot be revoked. If a file is corrupted or inaccessible due to our systems, contact us within seven days for a replacement link or refund.
Bundles
When purchasing all three tools together, partial returns are accepted only if each returned item meets physical return conditions. Bundle discounts may be recalculated if fewer items are kept.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return results from our fulfillment error. We recommend trackable shipping within the United States. Refunds do not include original outbound shipping on change-of-mind returns.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To change products, return the original item following this policy and place a new order through reach-us.html or your invoice instructions.
Cancellations Before Shipment
Orders may be cancelled without fee before they enter the shipped status. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel; once tracking is issued, the physical return process applies.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve issues promptly. Unwarranted chargebacks may lead to suspension of future orders.
